After considering the pattern of on going toothless we decided upon removal of the remaining lower teeth, recontouring of the lower jaw bone and placement of 4 dental implants with bone grafting- in a single surgery. Following this we progressed to a lower fixed implant prosthesis, which is screwed onto the implants giving him back his chewing ability. We also completed a new upper denture, who says you can't have function as well as looks!
