Born and raised in the leafy suburb of Ealing, Dilan completed his dental degree with the prestigious Royal London Dental Hospital in 2012. 

After a period in general dental practice; he went on to hold a position as a Senior House Officer in Restorative Dentistry at the Royal London Dental Hospital in 2013. Under the vigilance and guidance of some of the foremost dental consultants in their fields, he furthered honed his operative skills. In 2013 he was awarded the hospitals best Clinical Presentation Prize for the year.

Aiming to provide the best quality of care for his patients, he completed, with distinction, a Diploma in Primary Dental Care at the University of Kent in 2014. His areas of focus were related to Oral Surgery, Dental Research and Education. 

Taking it upon himself to complete further rigorous examinations, he was awarded his diploma in the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2014. (quite a busy year!)

Being fortunate enough to be selected to take part in a student dental exchange programme with the Karolinska Institutet, Sweden in 2011; helped imprint upon him the benefits of understanding an array of different cultural and community perspectives when practising. A fond one being the Swedish Fika! (coffee time) This experience inspired him to venture further, and in 2014 he took up the role of a Private General Dental Practitioner in Singapore.

Throughout his time in Singapore, he continued his endeavours to gain further experience and expertise; completing numerous courses in Implantology with experts from the National University of Singapore. In 2018 he left the tropical country state and returned home to the United Kingdom.

In 2018 he joined Prestwood Dental Health Centre, Buckinghamshire as a General Dental Surgeon. He currently enjoys delivering high-quality dentistry, and regularly treats referrals from local dentists for implant-related treatments at the practice. In addition to this, he is a visiting implant placing dentist at numerous clinics within London.
